The Mersey People newspaper

The Mersey People was a newspaper published by the Toxteth and Scotland-Exchange branches of the Labour Party. Rob Rohrer and Chris Oxley helped to produce it. Issue 5, seen here, caused a stir in 1971 because of allegations about the police planting drugs.
